LAS VEGASOct. 5, 2021 / PRNewswire / – Scientific Games Corporation (NASDAQ: SGMS) (“Scientific Games” or the “Company”) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire ACS’s cashless table game solution, PlayOn. The PlayOn Cashless product line conveniently offers players a seamless debiting solution for live table games. As part of the Scientific Games portfolio, the ACS PlayOn product line is named AToM ™ – Access To On Demand Money.
The AToM solution enables players to access funds during live table games without having to leave their seat. In addition, there are no back-end or out-of-net transaction fees charged by the player’s financial institution. To access funds, players simply swipe their debit card and enter their PIN.

This acquisition immediately puts Scientific Games in a leading position in cashless applications for table games. The AToM solution is currently in on 600 table games California, Nevada and New Mexico. It complements the company’s existing suite of cashless products, including its award-winning Unified Wallet, a solution that allows players to digitally access funds through a mobile app to play EGMs and tables. Unified Wallet offers easy money transfers to and from the EGM, as well as registration and access to loyalty clubs. AToM provides an additional cashless solution for players to access funds and continue playing live table games.
Scientific Games has been a global leader in the development of innovative table game content, shufflers and digital solutions for 30 years. AToM is helping to enhance the power of these games and utility products – such as Ultimate Texas Hold’em and i-Deal Plus – by creating a fast, fun and smooth gaming experience.
