Zackery Harper (Mabouya Valley) received both the MVP of the tournament and the Most Goals award from an SLFA official.

Laborie scored a hard-fought 2-1 win over Roseau to start her campaign on a positive note as the Scotts Sports and Awards/SLFA Inc. Super Cup kicked off at Soufriere Mini Stadium on Monday night.

Shervin Eleuthere put Roseau ahead with a penalty in the 3rd minute. However, Nikel Emmanuel equalized in the 17th minute and the teams went into the break with 1-1 suspended.

Both teams fought gallantly for the narrow goal. But it was Laborie who advanced with a well-taken penalty from Zephaniah Edwin in the 1st minute of added time, resulting in a 2-1 win.

Anse la Raye and Choiseul played to an exciting 1-1 draw after being reduced to 10 players each.

Zach St. Aimee scored for Choiseul in the 17th minute while Mc. Arthur Louis scored for Anse la Raye in the 21st minute.
