Starting February 1, MGM Rewards will seamlessly integrate gaming and non-gaming expenses and rewards across MGM Resorts’ 20+ US properties

Gaming and non-gaming members now receive currency that can be redeemed for dining, entertainment, hotel stays, and more

LAS VEGAS, January 6, 2022 / PRNewswire / – MGM Resorts Introduces Redesigned Loyalty Rewards Program, MGM rewards, on February 1st, giving both gaming and non-gaming guests unprecedented access to the company’s 20+ leading travel destinations across the country, more opportunities to earn and a host of exciting new benefits.

For the first time, non-gaming customers join their gaming peers and have the benefit of earning a currency – MGM reward points – Redeemable for free food and drink, entertainment, hotel stays, and more. All members can now earn points for almost all expenses in MGM Resorts destinations, with both non-gaming and gaming activities integrated. In addition to MGM Rewards Points, customers who play slots also earn slot dollars. MGM Resorts’ five membership levels – Sapphire, Pearl, Gold, Platinum and NOIR – will remain in place.

MGM Rewards offers members new and exclusive benefits, including waived resort fees (Gold +), Travel credit for level successes to Las Vegas (Platinum +), Free tickets to MGM Rewards concerts (Pearl +), advanced suite upgrades for up to three nights (Platinum +), access to exclusive animal appreciation events and experiences (Gold +) and 4 p.m. Check out later (subject to availability; Platinum +). As an added benefit, MGM Rewards Points and Slot Dollars for Pearl + members do not expire due to account inactivity.

  • Extended earnings window – To celebrate the launch of MGM Rewards, members receive from January 1st – January 31st will count towards earning animal status in both 2022 and 2023.

  • Multiplier campaign for tier credit – As a welcome to MGM Rewards, all members are invited to use a time-limited 2-fold multiplier for the status credits earned with the company Las Vegas Resorts February 1stApril 30, 2022 (at the applicable earnings rates). Status credits can be earned for all games as well as hotel accommodation, restaurant and spa services expenses.

  • Level credits required to achieve each tier status remain the same for all levels, with the exception of Pearl, which is reduced from 25,000 to 20,000 required tier credits.

  • the enhanced MGM Rewards app simplifies the digital experience, allows members to easily check their status and benefits and visualize how they can move up to the next level.
